The Amakenna brand represents a new era for Balubaid Real Estate. We are building on our past successes and opening new opportunities with the launch of Sulaymaniyah, our flagship transport related destination in Jeddah, our expansion in Hijaz Makkah and other significant experiences across the Kingdom.
Our brand name Amakenna, means “our places” which aligns to our ambition to contribute to the growth or Saudi Arabia and its people by creating places that matter, places where people can interact, grow and thrive; Places for life.
We have chosen a typographical identity that will become our signature across all of our developments and experiences. Its our commitment to the long term relationships we build to deliver our promises for the benefit of everyone.
